This is the 10th time Dahlia has qualified for the Atlanta Board of Realtors Top Producers award. To qualify, a realtor had sales results at a minimum of $4 million or 15 units. Dahlia was one of the top realtors with close to $25 million in sales and more than 75 units sold. Dahlia’s Road to Success
Dahlia started her real estate career after purchasing her first home. Born and raised in Russia, Dahlia had only experienced government-owned housing. The dream of owning your own home was an unrealistic dream for all of her family. “It was such an amazing experience to purchase my first home,” said Dahlia. “I wanted to give that same experience to other people, so they could feel happy, excited and overjoyed like I did. So, I decided to change careers and become a realtor. I have been with Brock for more than 13 years now, and I am very fortunate to be able to “create” a home for people to fulfill their dreams.” Dahlia began her career at Brock Built because of its family values and integrity. “Brock Built takes so much pride in their homes and the neighborhoods they build.
