*The $500 is only payable at CLOSING of the referral, not when the contract is written. The referral form must be presented to the sales representative at the time of the buyer’s first visit. Brock Built will pay a Gift Check of $500 within 30 days after the closing of your friend’s new Brock Built Home. This offer is not valid for previously registered customers, homes already sold or under contract or for homebuyers with existing co-op agents.
